Annette Mengert has 13 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Mengert’s responsibilities include managing retail and office properties within the Company’s retail/office portfolio.
Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2006, Ms. Mengert served as vice president for Cumberland Management Partners/The Hawkins Companies where she managed a portfolio of 5 million square feet of single story and mid-rise offices. Before joining Cumberland, she served as a retail property manager for Cousins Properties and was responsible for the management of six retail power centers located in Atlanta, Southern California, and Virginia.
Ms. Mengert is especially active with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-GA Chapter (NMSS-GA) where she serves on the Board of Trustees. For the last 3 years, Ms. Mengert has been a major fundraiser for Georgia’s “Walk MS.” She also serves on the Advisory Committee for Leadership Class
and on the Government Relations Committee.
As a member of Commercial Real Estate Women – Atlanta (CREW Atlanta), Ms. Mengert serves on the Membership Committee and is a member of the 2010 CREW Leadership Class.
Through BOMA Atlanta, Ms. Mengert has been a TOBY Judge for 2 years – (Medical Office Buildings) and serves on the Community Service Committee supporting the children of Hillside
