Grant Zamudio joined Colliers International Occupier Services Group to assist start-up, mid-sized and established companies make informed real estate decisions. Prior to Colliers, Grant managed construction projects at CBRE and McLarney Construction.

Grant’s financial background and construction experience allows him to bring a unique and valuable skill set to clients. He has been successful in the generation and execution of real estate strategies that align companies’ real estate needs with their business and management objectives. Some of his previous clients include: The Golden State Warriors, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Verizon Wireless, Fox Racing, Samsung, Mercedes Benz, Faegre Baker Daniels, Skadden Arps, ProQuest, The Carlyle Group, and First American Title.

Grant graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. He earned the LEED AP ID+C accreditation specializing in Interior Design and Construction post-college. Grant is an avid golfer, and lives in Palo Alto.
