As a senior associate with Colliers, I specialize in the sale and leasing of educational and office properties. I am a member of the top-producing team of Todd Noel, executive vice president; Ryan Timpani, executive vice president; Nick Bialkowski, associate; and Shannon Hamer, senior client services specialist. Our team's expertise includes tenant and landlord representation, investments, build-to-suits and land.

I am involved in all aspects of marketing and leasing the team's properties and also assist in the negotiation process. I am aggressive and enthusiastic in prospecting and generating new business and opportunities. I conduct detailed research and brief the team's clients on current market conditions, quarterly trends and tenants in the marketplace. I am committed to creating value for my clients while assisting them in making informed real estate decisions.

I joined Colliers in 2013, as a research associate for the Greater Phoenix region. In that role, I monitored tenant activity, maintained an extensive lease and sale comparable database, compiled quarterly office market reports, and assisted brokerage professionals with marketing presentations. During my time in research, I gained extensive market knowledge and analytical skills. By the fall of 2014, I had sharpened those skills and transitioned into a broker position with Colliers.
