Professional Summary

I joined Colliers International in 2015 with a background in real estate development, property management and marketing. As a member of the Colliers International Cleveland / Akron retail practice group, my primary focus is in landlord representation - with a strong presence in the downtown market. In my three years at Colliers, I have completed over 90 transactions totaling more than 100,000 SF. 

Prior to joining Colliers, I worked for a local development company called Cumberland Development, where I helped take two historic arcades in the heart of Cleveland's CBD  from 40% to 100% leased in just under two years.  My efforts helped lease 36,000 SF of ground floor, small format retail and revitalize an underutilized property while doing so. 

Before my time at Cumberland, I spent two years as an assistant property manager at PlayhouseSquare Real Estate Services, the real estate arm of the nation's second largest theater district. One of my final projects while at PlayhouseSquare was overseeing the ground-up construction of the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, where I oversaw the implementation of all building contracts and systems, as well as helped plan and execute the museum's grand opening gala - over a year of planning in the making.
