Regional Vice President Transamerica Employee Benefits

Rick provided exceptional representation in negotiating the lease for my investment firm, IQ Financial LLC, and later used his negotiating and Argus modeling skills to coordinate a short sale with GE Capital and my client. Simply put, Rick Amon is the Peyton Manning of Commercial Real Estate; great fundamentals, an accomplished business and unsurpassed legal acumen, always calculating responses to counter proposals in advance, adjusting to market conditions or client needs, and finding workable solutions for all parties.

I would recommend Rick to any organization looking to expand their brand and market share.
