As the Assistant Director of Property Services for the US, Tamara Clarke is responsible for aligning the Administrative and Operational platforms and serve as a resource to the Real Estate Management Services group for Colliers International. 

Her first 18 years of real estate management experience came with one institutional management service provider where she elevated to Vice President, Senior Administrative Coordinator and led a national team of administrative coordinators and project managers who were responsible for staff development, operational efficiency, training and support of the firm’s 60+ regional asset management offices nationwide. 

Tamara brings to Colliers a unique blend of expertise in national business operations and administrative training and support for real estate management services.  Her contributions to the consistent delivery of Operational Excellence will enhance the company’s mission, purpose and core values.

Accomplishments

Accomplishments while at Colliers:

  • REMS US Intranet - Developed REMS US internal SharePoint Intranet site for resource management and communication. 
  • REMS Quality Assurance Program and Submittal Portal - Participated in development of the REMS US Quality Assurance Program.  Developed the internal SharePoint submittal portal for the Quality Assurance Program.
  • Colliers University Integration into REMS US:
    • Coordinated review of existing REMS designations and course outline. Developed and deployed rebrand of REMS Designations (RCM, RCA, and RCEM)
    • Coordinated creation of Colliers University curriculum Roadmaps for REMS:  REMS US Onboarding, REMS US Onboarding-Engineers, Real Estate Management Services-US
    • Continual management of REMS US onboarding curriculums in Colliers University for all new hires (Property Management, Engineering, Accounting)
  • REMS Award and Recognition Program - worked with committee to develop program outline, communication and presentation materials to launch new program.
  • CU Advocate - accepted CU advocacy role and completed advocate courses in support of REMS US CU Advocate responsibilities.
