As Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Chris is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the business in the region. Bringing a depth of experience in building and growing businesses in mature and emerging markets, Chris has played an integral role in growing Colliers International into its current position as a top three global commercial real estate services provider.
Passionate about providing our clients with the highest level of service, Chris is committed to ensuring a seamless service experience across our complete range of services offered in the 43 countries in which we operate in the region.
In addition to his role as CEO in the EMEA, Chris is also a member of the global senior executive team that sets the vision and strategy for Colliers International.
Chris’ real estate career began in 1987 when he joined Colliers International as an office leasing advisor in Toronto. One of the most active top producers in Canada, he received awards for completing the most transactions in a single year in 1991, 1992 and 1993.
In 1994, Chris relocated to Mexico City to build the Latin America business. In his five years there, he was lead principal on four major acquisitions in Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Columbia. In 1998, he was appointed CEO for the region.
In 1999, Chris moved to Miami, home to over 500 Latin American headquarters, to set up the regional corporate solutions team.
Chris returned to Toronto in 2002 and expanded his responsibility as CEO of EMEA, focusing on the growth of the emerging European markets and leading acquisitions in six countries in Southeast Europe, the UK, Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands. In 2008, he moved to London where he set up the EMEA headquarters.
In 2012, Chris served as lead principal in the acquisition of the Colliers German affiliate, bringing five cities and 230 professionals into the fold.
In 2014, he was lead principal in the acquisition of the AOS Group, the premier occupier-focused business in Europe, in a deal that added to the company 430 professionals across 10 countries in multiple service lines.
Throughout his career, Chris has delivered exceptional service, fulfilling the real estate needs of major corporations such as Nortel Networks, Federal Express, Oracle Corporation, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Dun & Bradstreet, Ford Motor Land, Microsoft, Regus Business Centers and Silicon Graphics.

Davoud began his career at KPMG and spent six years in the audit department working with large FTSE 100 clients including ITV plc and Cable & Wireless plc.
Davoud then moved to Reed Elsevier plc where he worked in the Group finance function, leading the financial planning department for several years and providing support to the strategy and acquisition teams on significant purchases and strategic plans to move the business from a print based business to an online business. He then moved to DTZ UK in 2011 providing financial support to the UK MD and Head of Global Corporate Services as the company embarked on a significant change programme following the acquisition of DTZ by UGL.

I began my career in 2000 and spent fifteen years in the City of London working in a variety of leading professional services firms. Starting in project, programme and change management with Hewlett Packard at the time of the HP / Compaq merger. Then financial services (JP Morgan) during the the mid 2000's. Lastly, the legal world for an extended period where I worked with global firms during a time of unprecedented change in terms of client demands, deregulation, competition, M&A and technology developments. Against this varied backdrop, delivering change, integration and making "2+2=5" has been the constant.

Peter Winther (MRICS) is Partner and CEO of Colliers International in Denmark. He mediates the sale of commercial and investment properties as well as property portfolios.
Peter heads the Analyses and Research team. He enjoys in-depth market knowledge and a long-standing track record spanning a wide variety of commercial property services and consulting in Denmark and abroad, including analyses of corporate investment strategies and portfolio allocations, as well as asset management.

I am currently focussing my work on being a Partner in the Danish Capital Markets Team after 5 years as the CEO of Colliers International in Denmark. After acquiring the local JLL franchise in July 2018 our Danish business it approximately 150 professionals with 5 offices spread across Denmark and is owned by Colliers International Group listed on Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange and a group of partners including myself. We are the clear market leader in Denmark with a market share of 35-40%, and in Capital Markets we have completed more than 50% of all transactions valued above EUR 150m in the last 3 years. In Capital Markets we work with large, complex and structured property transactions and business transactions with property companies, property developers, contractors, companies within the building material industry, etc. We undertake both sell side and buy side advisory assignments. I have 20+ years of experience in the financial sector in Denmark working with analysis, sales and advisory services within the property, building material and retail sectors of which 13 years has been with Deloitte Corporate Finance in Copenhagen, Denmark (6 years as Partner).
