Peter Winther (MRICS) is Partner and CEO of Colliers International in Denmark. He mediates the sale of commercial and investment properties as well as property portfolios.

Peter heads the Analyses and Research team. He enjoys in-depth market knowledge and a long-standing track record spanning a wide variety of commercial property services and consulting in Denmark and abroad, including analyses of corporate investment strategies and portfolio allocations, as well as asset management.

Carsten Gørtz Petersen

Carsten Gørtz Petersen (MRICS) is Partner of Colliers International's Aarhus office.

Carsten values and mediates the sale of commercial and investment properties as well as property portfolios. He has considerable working experiende in terms of strategic counselling in connection with major development projects, also for local authorities, in addition to commercial property sales, for instance in Denmark.

Carsten is originally from Aarhus and has a background in the financial sector. He has gained a broad insight into the international property markets from many years' industry experience, also with structured property fundings and syndications. He has extensive knowledge of the commercial property market in Jutland and in Denmark in general.

Lisbeth Kempel

Chief Marketing Officer

Lisbeth Kempel er CMO (marketingdirektør)  og har ansvar for både  marketing og kommunikation, herunder corporate branding,  PR og intern kommunikation. Lisbeth har ansvar for 8  personer og er en del af topledelsen i Colliers Danmark.

Lisbeth Kempel  har mange års erfaring med marketing og kommunikation, og har arbejdet både inden for Business to Business og Business to Consumer markedet og i forskellige brancher. Desuden har hun arbejdet som kontaktchef i reklamebranchen.

 

 

Charlotte Bendix

Jeg har været en del af Colliers International Danmark A/S siden etableringen i 1988, hvor jeg blev ansat som den første medarbejder.

Jeg har gennem funktioner i Colliers-regi som henholdsvis direktionssekretær, kvalitetschef, administrationschef og nu personalechef været med til at udvikle virksomheden.

Igennem 25 år har mine primære arbejdsopgaver været inden for HR, arbejdsmiljøledelse, kommunikation, personalejura, administration, økonomi, strategisk ledelse og personaleledelse.

Jeg arbejder ud fra den filosofi, at det grundlæggende skal være sjovt at gå på arbejde, da man derigennem udnytter såvel eget som kollegaers potentiale optimalt. Som person er jeg empatisk og lyttende, men samtidig handlings- og resultatorienteret og god til at skabe orden i kaos.
