International background with more than 20 years’ experience from finance, business development and project management across different industries. The last 10 years within corporate real estate.

Recent focus on tenant representation, lease transactions, property portfolio management, strategic real estate advisory, account management and project management.

Approach is to generate a wider perspective for each business case and create the optimal corporate solution through partnership and solid commitment. Aim is to ensure that our clients achieve more efficient use of their resources and provide our clients with the necessary support for them to realize their overall business goals.

Ulrich covers the full range of tenant representation work spanning from identification and definition of requirements, over identification and selection of suitable options incl. RFP process, business case work and internal approval documents, to lease negotiations incl. fit-out discussions.

Roles and tasks include account management, transaction management, property portfolio management, and general project management

Other central assignments include strategic advisory, mark-to-market analyses and market assessments.

Regional HQ for Rambøll Oil & Gas in Esbjerg, Denmark

Strategic real estate advisory for a significant number of large Danish corproates. Projects delivered include mark-to-market assessments, development of portfolio strategies based upon thse asssessments, definition of processes and governance structures.
