Ben joined Colliers in October 2016, with more than nine years’ experience in property management and commercial real estate with a proven track record in large-scale mixed-use developments. Ben oversees the Real Estate Management Services, Corporate Solutions & Commercial Agency Departments across the MENA region.
With a background in both Commercial Real Estate & Property Management, Ben possesses a wide range of skills, allowing him to accurately and professionally manage clients needs across a multitude of sectors.
Ben is accomplished at attending to high profile clients and projects, bringing reassurance to landlords, investors and tenants, creating long-term relationships.

Simon joined Colliers International in 2012 as a Corporate Solutions Property Consultant within the Real Estate Management Solutions (REMS) team.
Simon’s role within Colliers International incorporates the business development of the REMS team through liaising with owners/landlords of substantial property portfolios and also assisting the Corporate Solutions team by identifying and acquiring property solutions for international and regional clients.
Simon’s other key responsibilities include the collection of property statistics and information, building detailed databases on specific areas/buildings and sourcing new business opportunities.
Head of Commercial Agency
Hamish is the Head of Commercial Agency at Colliers International in the UAE. He has over 14 years real estate experience in both the commercial and residential markets in the MENA region as well as in Australia.
Hamish works as both a Landlord Representative for properties across the United Arab Emirates as well as a Tenant Representative for multinational companies in the Middle East and Africa. He manages the Orange Business Services account for South Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa which consists of a portfolio for over 5,000 employees in 31 countries.
He also manages the newly awarded PepsiCo account for the Middle East and Africa which consists off a fast-growing portfolio spread across multiple sectors from offices, distribution centres and logistic hubs. He was invovled in the global pitch and is part of the management team.
As the commercial world keeps evolving it's important to keep up with the new disruptors in the market and so Hamish is focusing his efforts also on the growth of flexible workspace throughout the MENA region. He is in regular contact with both landlords and international operators either expanding or looking to enter the market. He also provides his corporate clients with solutions for new coworking initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency.
Before joining Colliers International he was the Commercial Sales Manager for another international agency. His role included setting up the commercial department for the region and building a well-structured team.
