Professional Summary

Juan Manuel has extensive experience in transactions for corporate clients, both at a local and international level. Over the last 10 years he has acted in representation of clients nationwide. He has represented Tenants and Landlords in the office market sector. Currently he is leading the corporate solutions department, Offices Division plus the special task force involved in the commercialization of the Collier´s portfolio.

During the last 8 years, he has worked representing corporate clients and developers, in various different roles in the office area (Lease, Disposal and BTS), totaling 90,000 sq.m. In his first years at Colliers International, he led relocation operations within the logistics and industrial sectors, achieving a total of 260,000 marketable square meters.

Prior to joining the Colliers International team, Juan Manuel, practiced as a professional lawyer at a renowned law firm.
