The year ended with an overall inflation rate of 47,6%, a devaluation contained slightly by economic measures and a base interest rate set by the central bank in the region 60%.
In fact, according to data released by the National Institute of Statistics, industrial activity decreased by 5,7% at the start of the period (July) and ended (November) down by 13,3% compared to the previous year, in 2017.
When we analyse the indicators related to the different industrial properties, a noticeable decrease in the asking price was observed, which are considerably higher than the closing price.
In the period we analysed there was a tendency to free up large spaces used for production, while at the same time seeking smaller spaces. We also observed that some rental values were converted to Argentine pesos through the adjustment based on the polynomial formula of the industry aiming to stimulate more demand.
