I’ve been assisting the CEOs Thomas Belina and Georg Muzicant since May 2019 in administrative tasks. I am also responsible for the office management. Prior to working with Colliers International, I was engaged as an assistant in various industries: film and media, IT, energy, as well as agriculture and research. My educational training had an equal focus on economics, communications and languages. I got my master’s degree in Media Management from the University of Applied Sciences St. Poelten in 2010.

I joined the team of Colliers Austria as managing director in 2016 and since 2019 I'm managing partner. In addition to supporting our individual staff members in a wide range of projects my main tasks include developing and expanding our business, optimizing work processes, creating marketing concepts and controlling budgets.
Before joining Colliers I had been working for the Karl Wlaschek Foundation (one of the largest private real estate investors in Austria) for a period of ten years. In my work as an authorized representative I was responsible for creating marketing strategies for different properties. As the owner’s representative I led all negotiations with interested parties of the commercial sector until the signing of the lease. Budgeting and controlling were just as much a part of my duties as the creation of marketing concepts and their media implementation.
In 2010, I graduated from the university of applied science Vienna with a major in Real Estate Management.

During my studies I completed several internships at firms including Merril Lynch, Colliers, The Davis Companies and The Monitor Group. In 2005 I've decided to move back from Boston to Vienna and join my family Real Estate business. Since 2007 I'm the CEO of Colliers International in Austria.
Based on my several years‘ experience in the Anglo-American real estate business, I’m focused on the establishment of a highly competitive development division for national and international projects.
In the past couple of years, the real estate market has become more and more international and thus changed significantly. In order to meet the future challenges of an enlarged Europe, I’ve expanded our services to become more specialised.
Moreover, I'am managing director of a private equity real estate business with approximately 500 million of assets under management.
Executive Assistant, Dr. A. Muzicant
Isabella Alram is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Ariel Muzicant since April 2019. She has 20 years of international work experience. Following her European secretary studies at EWS Vienna, Isabella started her career twenty-year-old in an advertising agency in New York during the Mountbatten Program, leading to the “Certificate in International Business Practice” sponsored by Oxford University. She has been awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Arts with Second Class Honours in Management, Business and Administration in 2010 from New College Durham/Leeds Metropolitan University, England. Some of Isabella’s greatest strengths are organizational skills and languages: English, French, Italian and Spanish (German: mother tongue).
