The first step in our work was the preparation of the marketing concept including well-founded on-site inspection and analysis of the location environment as well as current market conditions.
Based on the relevant data and documents, a meaningful presentation was prepared for the analysis of the location, which includes a strengths and weaknesses portfolio, location details, etc. An important part of this concept was further the process plan.
On the basis of this assessment and preliminary work, the owner was subsequently advised on topics such as rent levels, potential tenant's and supported until the conclusion of the rental agreement and beyond.
