Ralitsa Yordanova started working in Colliers in 2007 as part of the Valuation Advisory Services team. She has been there five years, before relocating to China. In 2019 Ralitsa joined Colliers again in the role of Manager Key Accounts Retail Services.
Prior to that, between 2011 – 2016, Ralitsa established herself as a business consultant where she helped small foreign ventures with their progress in China. Upon returning to Bulgaria in 2016 she worked for MBL/CBRE and subsequently for JYSK, focusing on retail space brokerage and business development.

Dimitrinka has more than 11 years of experience in Colliers, specialized in retail real estate consultancy services. She has been having a key role in the Retail Services team, providing landlord representation services for major projects such as: Sofia Ring Mall (68,000 sqm GLA), The Mall (66,000 sqm GLA), Grand Mall Varna (50,000 sqm GLA), Burgas Plaza (27,000 sqm GLA), Mall Plovdiv (20,000 sqm GLA), Galleria Burgas (36,000 sqm GLA), Galleria Stara Zagora (20,700 sqm GLA), Jumbo Plaza (30,000 sqm GLA) and Retail Park Varna (15,000 sqm GLA).
Dimitrinka has worked closely with companies in various industries and developed long-term relationships with most of the retail operators on the Bulgarian and international market, such as H&M, Sport Vision, Benefit Systems, Orange, Esprit, Pierre Cardin, Humanic, Grand Optics, Andrews/, Lagardere, Adidas, Walltopia, Zora, Sephora, DSK bank, to mention a few.
Ivan Kalenski joined Colliers International in 2018 as part of the Retail Services team. His role in the company is providing administrative and organizational support to the department, preparing presentations, maintaining the Integis database, drafting client offers and other documents.
Ivan’s previous experience is in VP Brands International SA, where he successfully completed a two-month internship with the exclusive tasks of preparing a branding strategy of a product from the portfolio of the company and developing a comprehensive presentation for entering a specific foreign market.
At present, Janeta is dedicated to supporting the activities of the Retail Services team. She has been working with both local and international companies and clients, providing them the highest level of customer service and building long-term commercial relationships. Janeta’s main accountabilities have been prospecting and generating leads, constantly expanding her professional network, identifying client needs, negotiations, closing deals and customer follow-up. As a sales person, Janeta is very service-oriented and is guided by the principle to make sure the client feels confident about the quality of the service they have received.
Prior to joining the Retail Department, Janeta has supported the administration team of Colliers International as of H2 of 2016. Her role was related to providing adminstrative support to all company departments. While working as Office Administrator she mastered her communication, organization, planning and customer service skills.
