Svoboda Kodjamanova started her career in Colliers International in 2002 as residential property consultant. She has been involved in sales, leasing and tenant representation servicing for various MNC, diplomatic institutions and NGO’s. In 2017, after diversifying her professional experience working for other employers, she rejoined Colliers as Manager Residential Services.
Prior to that, between 2008 – 2013, Svoboda was part of the Bulgarian subdivision of AFI Europe as Sales and Marketing Manager. She was responsible for direct sales, marketing and client negotiations for the company’s current developments in Bulgaria. Later in 2013, Svoboda joined ECE Projectmanagement Bulgaria as Leasing Manager, focusing on management and coordination of retail space leasing of two major shopping centers in Sofia: Serdika Center Sofia and Mega Mall Sofia. She worked there for 4 years.

Radoslava joined Colliers in August 2006. She has several years of experience in the Logistics and Industrial department of the company. Radoslava has been providing consultancy services including Landlord and Tenant representation, Sales transactions, Built-to-suit projects, Turn-key solutions, Logistics outsourcing consultancy. As of November 2014 Radoslava became member of Residential RE Services Department.
Prior to joining Colliers Radoslava has been working for three years in the National Statistical Institute in Sofia as an Expert in Statistical Business Register Department. During that time she has been involved in the adaptation and implementation of the EU Regulations in connection with the Bulgarian EU membership and in particular in building of new European standard and improved Business Register covering all Bulgarian enterprises. She has participated in European FAR projects (“Factors for Business Success”, “Enterprises demography” and etc.), and EU experts practice group meetings.
