The supply of modern class A, B and C office space in Sofia increased by 3% in the second half of 2018. Thus, the total stock reached 2,111,000 sqm.
The total take-up, i.e. all leasing transactions on the market in Sofia, was 122,700 sqm in the second half and 188,500 sqm in 2018.
In both 2018 and 2017, pre-leases dominated with 41% over the other transaction types.
The average asking rents for class A and B office space in the capital remained stable. Class A retained levels of 15 euro per sqm / month for CBD, 14 euro per sqm / month – Broad Center and 13 euro per sqm / month for Suburbs.
