Verka joined Colliers International in August 2005 as Key Accounts Executive, focusing on the launch of a new residential service. In connection to the launch of Business Park Varna in 2005, she was asked to contribute as a member of the project team. Based on her experience and success with the project, she became a member of the Offices & Business Parks team in May 2006. Verka was promoted to Consultant in the beginning of 2007, and to Senior Consultant in the beginning of 2008. Since the beginning of 2010 she is Manager Key Accounts Offices & Business Parks. In 2012 Verka become the Head of the Office Services team and as of March 2017 - Director Business Development.
Daniela Boytcheva joined Colliers International in July 2004 as a member of the Marketing Department. During her work in this Department, she enhanced her organizational and client communication skills.
By the end of 2006 Daniela became part of the Offices & Business Parks team in Sofia. Currently she combines two roles - Manager Logistics & Industrial Services and Manager Key Accounts Office Services.
Daniela’s experience in the marketing and leasing process, which includes exclusive projects such as Residential Park Sofia, Business Park Varna, Business Park Sofia, BenchMark Business Center and others, helps her meet project targets in an efficient and professional manner.
Before joining Colliers, she completed several internships in governmental and financial institutions in the sphere of communication.
Svoboda Kodjamanova started her career in Colliers International in 2002 as residential property consultant. She has been involved in sales, leasing and tenant representation servicing for various MNC, diplomatic institutions and NGO’s. In 2017, after diversifying her professional experience working for other employers, she rejoined Colliers as Manager Residential Services.
Prior to that, between 2008 – 2013, Svoboda was part of the Bulgarian subdivision of AFI Europe as Sales and Marketing Manager. She was responsible for direct sales, marketing and client negotiations for the company’s current developments in Bulgaria. Later in 2013, Svoboda joined ECE Projectmanagement Bulgaria as Leasing Manager, focusing on management and coordination of retail space leasing of two major shopping centers in Sofia: Serdika Center Sofia and Mega Mall Sofia. She worked there for 4 years.
Dimitrinka has more than 11 years of experience in Colliers, specialized in retail real estate consultancy services. She has been having a key role in the Retail Services team, providing landlord representation services for major projects such as: Sofia Ring Mall (68,000 sqm GLA), The Mall (66,000 sqm GLA), Grand Mall Varna (50,000 sqm GLA), Burgas Plaza (27,000 sqm GLA), Mall Plovdiv (20,000 sqm GLA), Galleria Burgas (36,000 sqm GLA), Galleria Stara Zagora (20,700 sqm GLA), Jumbo Plaza (30,000 sqm GLA) and Retail Park Varna (15,000 sqm GLA).
Dimitrinka has worked closely with companies in various industries and developed long-term relationships with most of the retail operators on the Bulgarian and international market, such as H&M, Sport Vision, Benefit Systems, Orange, Esprit, Pierre Cardin, Humanic, Grand Optics, Andrews/, Lagardere, Adidas, Walltopia, Zora, Sephora, DSK bank, to mention a few.
