Fernando Marquez de la Plata
Fernando is a Senior Analyst in the Reserch & HTL area of the Consulting Division of Colliers International, based in Santiago, Chile.
Fernando is an Architect of the Finis Terrae University Master of Landscape Architecture at the Pontificia Universidad Católica. He has extensive experience in the development of architectural projects linked mainly to the real estate area, where both residential and commercial projects stand out.
As part of his previous experience, before joining Colliers International, he worked as a collaborating architect at CAW Arquitectos, developing projects focused on the public space, and then joining Lira & Tuckermann Arquitectos, collaborating in the development of real estate projects of various kinds.
He is currently focused on the development of studies and reports to understand and recommend real estate potentials and optimal projects to develop in land located in various cities throughout Chile. On the other hand and in conjunction with the entire Study team, quarterly market reports are prepared to understand, through precise indicators, how the real estate market is developing in its different typologies.

Soledad is a business administration graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She started her career at Colliers in 2014, and after successfully working as a business development and senior consultant, she was appointed deputy manager of studies and HTL.
