Accomplishments

Planned and led the opening of the fifth Colliers´ office in world that offers auction services. 
The first step was to define a business plan that identified the market dynamics, the relevant competition, marketing strategies, projected financials and the positioning that Colliers wanted to achieve. Then, the second part ,and by the way the hardest one, was to recruit the team that made the implementation possible.  After 3 months of operation the team was able to sell asset which value exceeded USD $4,0 MM.
