Sergio is an architect from Universidad Finis Terrae, with a real estate management diploma from Universidad Católica. His career spans real estate projects in both the public and private sectors, where he has managed projects targeting social housing as well as the middle and upper classes. He has experience providing on-the-ground technical and economic appraisals of apartment buildings. He joined Colliers in 2015 as a land division broker. In 2016, having shown his strategic expertise in the market, he was named manager of the land business.
