Aurora Turriago joined Colliers International in 2007 as Market Research Director for Colombia’s office, being responsible for the research, selection and analysis of the information to prepare and elaborate the market reports in all Colombian offices. Since 2014 she is the Marketing and Research Director of Colliers International Colombia,  she is responsible for ensuring that the company's marketing resources are enhanced and used according to our corporate image through effective and efficient internal communication and training.

Aurora Turriago has been working as a professional for more than 15 years; she has been involved in several projects in public and private organizations. She started in the research area as a professor and later on she was hired by an important company in the sector, specializing in studies for mass consumption companies.




Among her most important accomplishments, it is important to highlight that she took part in the designing and development of Market Researching for mass consumptions enterprises such as Colgate and Fritolay, not only in Colombia but also in others countries like Ecuador, Brazil and Peru.

Another of her main contributions in Colliers has been structuring the research department, notably improving the quality of the market reports and achieving recognition in the local market.

Also she has been her active participation in the Colombian Green Building Council since 2007 and working as the research committee manager in that organization – currently, Aurora is a member of Colombia’s GBC Board of Directors.

In her career as a Marketing & Communications Director, she has implemented important endomarketing strategies, has launched publications and magazines and has generated a complete communication plan for the company. Additionally it has implemented a whole digital marketing program, launching the Colliers Colombia web site, twitter, facebook, intagram etc. with succes.
