Magda joined Colliers International in December 2016 to strengthen the department's team. She is responsible for letting office premises in commercial properties in Prague including landlord representation, property viewings and assistance in negotiation of lease terms and contracts.
She is also responsible for leasing and marketing activities of various office projects in Prague together with cooperation with both developers and tenants advising on building management and leasing issues.
Prior to joining Colliers, Magda worked for Austrian real estate group IMMOHOLD AG as a Marketing & Leasing Negotiator, representing the landlord. She was responsible for closing new deals in vacant office spaces and was also in daily contact with existing tenants dealing with day-to-day issues, such as building management and services.
Spending more than a decade living abroad, in 5 different countries, Magda studied Interior design in Ireland in Dublin Institute of Design and gained residential and commercial leasing experience when working as a Property Consultant in real estate agency Ben Estates in the island of Malta. Magda also completed a TEFL course in English while living in Scotland.

I have been working as the senior Tenant representation consultant in the Prague Colliers Office Agency since 2013. Since then I have worked with both local and international companies and corporations, amongst the others with McKinsey, Red Hat, Microsoft, BMW, Opel, Beiersdorf, Amway, BDP, Tarsago and others.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked for Gardiner&Theobald as construction coordinator of retail units during reconstruction and expansion of Shopping Centre Cerný Most, Prague. In this role I was responsible for managing all aspects of Landlord - Tenant contact prior and during construction as well as at the opening of the new shopping centre. In the same role I also acted for ECE Projekt- management Prague, as construction coordinator of the retail units in Shopping Centre Arkády Pankrác, Prague.
Previously I worked as Client Service Manager at SATPO Development, being responsible for negotiation of contractual conditions, supervision of the property management, client care from signature of the reservation contract until the end of the warranty service for the luxury apartments.
Prior to experience in construction industry I spent 3,5 years in the USA, Boston, working for SHORENSTEIN CO., Bay Colony, as Property manager. In this position I was co-responsible for management of the property comprising of 98.000 m2 of premium office space on 23,5ha of park campus, occupied by 50+ top quality companies.
The main experience in office letting prior to my current engagement I gained while working for Jones Lang LaSalle, Prague, as office leasing advisor. I was in daily contact with landlords, leasing vacant premises, preparing commercial reporting, and organising marketing events for the properties of our clients.

I joined the office department of Colliers International in January 2014 as a Research & Marketing Specialist. I was providing full office market research, preparing market reports, marketing materials and press releases, compiling proposals for RFI´s and RFP´s, and helping to put together numerous successful Tenant Representation proposals and pitches. I have been advising landlords and tenants on all aspects of marketing real estate and leasing or acquiring office accommodation.
In mid 2015 I have started to work as an Office Letting Agent and Consultant, representing the landlord side, negotiation of lease terms, ensuring smooth communication between the landlord and tenant and making their expectations meet.
Prior to joining Colliers Office agency, I worked for 2,5 years as an CE Market Research Analyst in the industrial department of Cushman & Wakefield and I was also reporting agents activity and it´s outcomes to landlords such as Prologis, Segro and Goodman.
Between years 2000 and 2010, I was active in the film industry and as of 2003 in a role of a Film Production Manager. To name some of my clients – Proctor & Gamble, Henkel, DHL and Mc Donald’s.
Through my 17 years of experience with client care, out of which 7 years on the Czech real estate market, I am sensitive to all requirements and needs of clients which combined with my market reasearch experiencehas given me a head-start in solving any issues in aquiring a suitable space. From previous employments I also have a thorough experience in marketing, budgeting, project management, organizing teams and events, translating and interpreting.
