Building relationships is of course the fun part of the job. That said, we invest in these relationships because it’s going to be useful to you as a seller when you choose to sell your real estate and it’s going to be useful to you as a buyer when you are in a position to look for appropriate properties to buy. 
 
Buy side advisory and execution 
 
On the buy side, we consider ourselves an extension of you, the buyer. We combine our mergers and acquisitions and real estate acquisition experience with expertise and data from supporting teams including leasing, property management, technical advisory and if required, debt advisory and technical due diligence. We secure the asset on the best terms for you, highlighting risks and opportunities in the process.

Andy joined Colliers International in 2015 as Director and Head of Investment Services and has been the firm to establish itself as the leading investment consultancy business in the Czech & Slovak Republics.

Andy graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a Masters Degree in Land Economy and is a member of RICS.

Andy’s scope of responsibilities includes the structuring and execution of property asset sales and acquisitions, both buy & sell-side commercial due diligence and advisory, commercial negotiations of sales and purchase contracts and supplementary transactional documentation as well as transaction co-ordination. Andy differentiates his services through exceptional client care and attention to detail ensuring the best terms for his clients.

Konstantin Cordery
Senior Associate | Czech

Konstantin started his real estate career in 2011 as an analyst for Pinnacle CEE having previously worked at KPMG Slovakia where he spent three years in Transaction Services and Audit.

He joined Colliers' Prague investment team as an associate in March 2012 to further expand his real estate knowledge and experience. During his time in the company he supported the team in several transactions by analysing properties,  preparing marketing materials, building cash flow models and coordinating due diligence.

Subsequently, Konstantin moved to a Prague-based Italian/Czech development company where he worked as an analyst and later as head of finance. His responsibilities included preparing financial analyses and investment overviews for projects in the hotel and residential sectors for potential equity partners and banks as well as managing internal accounting and advising and assisting the CEO in managing the company finances.

Konstantin re-joined Colliers in August 2017 as an Analyst for the Investment Department.

Tomas Szilagyi

Tomas started his real estate career after graduating from VSE Prague. He joined IMPACT-CORTI as a property acquisition manager focusing on business development. His main role was to seek out new business opportunities, underwrite potential real estate deals and support the whole acquisition process up to successful closing.

Later, as a member of the CBRE Sales & Acquisition team, Tomas further expanded his real estate knowledge and experience. Building on his previous work experience his focus then shifted from buy side to vendor sale mandates. Tomas was therefore responsible for the transaction management of sale deals including the underwriting, market analysis, marketing, contract negotiations and due diligence coordination.

Tomas decided to further broaden his professional experience and joined Colliers International in September 2016.
