I was thrilled and very excited to join Colliers international in Prague in 2018 to develop the Retail agency team.
I have spent almost 2 years as Head of leasing and Business development for KOTVA Prague, the only department store in Prague with reconstruction and redevelopment plans in motion. My role there as Business Director was to secure new brands from the Luxury, Contemporary as well as Fast Fashion. Also, I was managing the brand adjacencies throughout the 8th floors of the store from homeware, electronics, fashion to services and Food and beverage retail concepts.
Prior to KOTVA, I was part of the Retail team at JLL focusing on the High Street retail and especially on our Luxury destination street Parizka.
In both of my previous posts, I had the honor to have met and negotiated with many brand's decision makers from the fashion industry like Sandro, Maje, The Kooples, Zadig & Voltaire, Isabel Marant, IRO, American Vintage, Versace, Giorgio Armani, Saint Laurent, and many others.
