We tailor the extent of our reports to ensure the valuation fulfill the needs of those relying on our advice and, when appropriate, in line with the requirements of a particular bank or third party. Our valuation outputs benefit from our deep market research capabilities and extensive experience in valuing a wide range of commercial properties across the Czech Republic. In addition, our Valuation department works closely with other Colliers departments, such as Investment Services, Office and Industrial Agency and Building Consultancy departments, in order to further substantiate our valuation results. 

We offer valuations for all commercial property types across the Czech Republic, including office buildings, shopping centres, retail parks, high street retail units, warehouses, manufacturing properties and hotels. In addition, we provide valuations of residential developments, land and real estate projects under construction.  

Our Valuation services are used predominantly by real estate owners, investors, developers, banks, and anyone who requires an independent and unbiased assessment of property value. Our valuation reports are accepted by all banks actively financing commercial real estate in the Czech Republic. 

We typically prepare our valuations for loan security purposes, IFRS accounting, sale and  acquisition, internal decision making or IPOs. All our reports are prepared in line with internationally accepted RICS valuation standards.
