Achim joined Colliers International Munich GmbH in 1989. As a Managing Partner he is responsible for the company strategy and development in Munich since 1999 and as Managing Partner and CEO of the Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH since 2006.
He has 15 years of experience in office letting and is still actively working in investment and development consulting for more than 11 years.
Béla Tarcsay is a Managing Partner at Colliers in Munich. He is first of all investment advisor for large-scale sales and mainly for office and retail properties. He is also responsible for the company strategy and development in Munich.
Since the early nineties he accompanied property development measures and from the mid-nineties onwards sales for larger sized properties and is mainly active in the investment sector concerning office and retail properties.
Since September 1999 Peter Bigelmaier has been Managing Director together with Achim Degen, Bela Tarcsay and Markus Wittmann at Colliers International in Munich.
He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and corporate client consulting as a leading tenant and landlord representative on Munich's office market.
He is head of the office leasing division and consults landlords and owners of landmark buildings and large project developments as well as occupiers with leases exceeding 2,300 sq m.
