Our Customer Experience by NPS
Our mission is to maximise the potential of property and real assets in the long term with a focus on sustainability to ensure the most enduring success and the best return for the benefit of our customers and our common future.
As a means to measure customer satisfaction, we rely on NPS (Net Promoter Score), in practice serving as a KPI in terms of customer loyalty. Conceived by international consultancy firm Bain & Co., the NPS method has documented a clear correlation between NPS and a company’s ability to generate growth and earnings.
The score itself is easy to understand, always quoted as a figure between -100 and +100. Respondents are asked to answer this question, “How likely are you to recommend [company] to others?”, on a scale from 1 to 10, as studies have shown that precisely this question best sums up customer recommendation.

With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) in 2022 of 84, one of the highest in the industry, we maintain our focus on employee well-being and high customer satisfaction. We do this, among other things, by delivering results and building long-term relationships with our customers.
