Professional Summary

I have worked at Colliers International Denmark since 2015 as a project coordinator at the office in Aalborg. 

My primary responsibilities are administartive tasks within sale/lease of investment properties, logistics, retail- and offices. In addition I handle different types of valuations.

Together with the real estate agents I draw up various documents, including sales and lease proposals, sales and lease prospectuses, contracts of sale, lease agreements, valuation reports, etc.

On a daily basis I'm in contact with customers, lawyers, banks and other parties in connection with procedures related to sale/lease. Furthermore I collect various property information, is responsible for billing, order signs/banners and perform ad hoc secretarial tasks.

I am part of the office team, and strive to contribute to an energetic, committed and accommodating working environment.
