Troels’ primary area of expertise is optimisation of operations to ensure we provide high-quality services and products to our customers in efficient ways. He drives Colliers’ strategic process, digital development and quality management. He is further responsible for our operational processes, service delivery models, implementation of the strategic portfolio and alignment with the Colliers Group in general. The "Colliers Development Team" is also orchestrated by Troels.
