Jeg har arbejdet med erhvervsejendomme og -lokaler i mere end 20 år og løst opgaver inden for alle kategorier inden for salg, vurdering, udvikling og udlejning. Jeg besidder de nødvendige faglige kompetencer og har erfaring med opgaver inden for dette segment.

 

De løste opgaver er primært geografisk placeret i trekantområdet (Vejle, Kolding og Fredericia) samt Esbjerg. Hertil kommer en række større opgaver, der er løst i resten af Danmark, herunder København, Aalborg og Odense.

 

De løste opgaver spænder fra alt fra udlejning af lokale butikker og kontorlokaler af enhver art til salg af lokale investeringsejendomme (primært bolig- og gågadeejendomme), salg af ejendomsporteføljer, salg af boligprojekter og salg af større enkeltejendomme med volumen op til 500 mio. DKK.

I have worked with commercial properties and premises for more than 20 years and dealt with task in all categories of sales, valuation, development and leasing. I possess the necessary professional skills and experience to handle tasks in this segment.

 

The completed tasks are primarily geographically located in the triangle area (Vejle, Kolding and Fredericia) and Esbjerg. In addition, I have handled a number of major tasks in the rest of Denmark, including Copenhagen, Aalborg and Odense.

 

The completed tasks range from everything from the letting of all kinds of local shops and offices to the sale of local investment properties (primarily residential properties and properties in pedestrian zones), sale of real estate portfolios, sale of residential under construction and and sale of large individual properties up to 500 mio. DKK.
