On behalf of a German property fund, Patrizia has acquired an attractive residential development at Amager Beach Park, Copenhagen. Scheduled for completion in 2020, the development comprises 76 residential units, 2 commercial units and a parking basement holding 60 spaces.
In July 2018, AG Gruppen A/S assigned Colliers with the turnkey sale of a 5-storey apartment block of 8,641 sq m in total, with residential units featuring two to five rooms. Situated close to the waterfront, the property overlooks the Sound and Amager Beach Park.
