Jeudan has acquired four properties from an international investor and an additional property at Nørre Voldgade, also central Copenhagen, all with Colliers as sell-side adviser.
“We are pleased that we were able to assist our clients in the sale of these highly attractive properties to a both financially strong and committed buyer like Jeudan”, says Peter Winther, CEO, Colliers in a commentary on the newly announced transactions.
The properties are located at Amaliegade 15, Amaliegade 16A, Amaliegade 45/Esplanaden 46, Gothersgade 103 and Nørre Voldgade 94-96.
They are predominantly office properties, and in the Copenhagen CBD such properties are in particularly strong demand in the property investor community, as Peter Winther explains, “In the Copenhagen CBD, the office vacancy rate has dropped to an eight-year low, and rents have lately started to climb. This trend has served to whet investor appetite for attractive and well-located properties in this segment”.
