Aleksander Sibul
Head of Valuation Department

MRICS Surveyor and Estonian Real Estate Valuers Association certificated and Estonian Land Office registered Valuer with a specialisation in Local and International valuations for Bank Secure Lending, Accounting / Financial statements, IPO and Investment purposes. Also have background in real estate research and advisory. 

Specialties: Valuation of commercial, development properties and portfolios; property consultancy services and investment advisory. Experience includes valuations of top commercial real estate as office buildings, hotels, retail and industrial properties in Baltic Region, Russia and Ukraine. Valuations comply with such international valuation standards as the RICS/IVS/EVS (RICS Red Book, International Valuation and Accounting Standards, European Valuation Standards) and Estonian Valuation Standards EVS-875. In addition to valuation, personal experience includes real estate consultancy services, performing consulting reports, due-diligence, highest and best use analysis, feasibility and concept development studies.

Since 2014, Aleksander has been lecturing and conducting practical seminars of Real estate and Finance module for international students at Tallinn University of Technology.

Sergei Surnin
Consultant, Valuator

Sergei has been working in real estate industry since 2003. Before joining Colliers Estonia, Sergei was working as a real estate valuer in leading local real estate company Arco Vara. After joining Colliers Estonia Sergei has been focused on commercial real estate, providing valuation and consultancy services to many local and international corporate clients.
