Director Andalucía Office
Iñigo started his proffesional activity working for CBRE in Andalusia. He joined the firm in 1998 as consultant for market studies, land marketing, property valuation.
In 2001, Iñigo opened the Malaga office with regional responsibility for East Andalusia.
In 2005 is promoted to co-director for Regional delegation.
In 2010, is named CBRE Regional Director for whole Andalusia with full responsibility in all lines of business: residential, offices, industrial , valuation, high street, capital markets.
In 2017 Iñigo founded a new consultant firm named MRC CNSLTNG, The new company created by two professionals of real estate sector in Andalusia, putting together the expertise of more than 50 years of work in the area.
In that new project, Iñigo was on charge of develop the lines of sale of land, agency, consultancy and commercialization of residential projects, due to he has broad experience in those lines of work. MRC CNSLTNG performs its work in the area of Andalucia and has its office in Málaga.
In september 2019 Iñigo joins Colliers International as Director of Andalusia Office.
He actively collaborates with the sectorial magazine Andalucia Inmobiliaria.
Throughout his career, Iñigo has participated in the commercialization of more than 2000 homes in the Costa del Sol, from advice on housing design as a business strategy to delivery of housing to buyers.
He has also participated in the commercialization of land along the Costa del Sol for more than 5000 homes.
Iñigo participated in the implementation of Ikea in Malaga. He has carried out countless market studies on the residential, office and industrial market in the region.
He was a member of the team that sold the 70-building-portfolio owned by La Junta de Andalucía to the WP Carey fund in 2014 for 300 million euros.
