Isabel is Senior Analyst in the Valuation & Advisory department at Colliers International Spain. She specialises in the hotel sector, asset valuation, real estate advisory and urban regulations.

In 2014 she joined irea’s technical support team, currently Colliers International Spain. She continued her career at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Division in 2018. Since then she has taken part in more than a hundred real estate projects carrying out valuation reports, feasibility studies, urban regulation analysis, project optimization, evaluation of the investment needs and design and development review.  Other Works include analysis and valuation of debt and assets portfolios, singular assets and advisory in property transactions. She has also taken part in several projects related to the sale or restructuring and refinancing real estate companies. Additionally, is highly experienced in the analysis and valuation of hotels.
