Jorge Laguna Coca is Research and Transaction Consulting Director of Colliers International Spain. Prior he was Consultancy Director at CBRE Spain. Also he worked at JLL, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Gesinar.

He is a professional with more than  20 years of experience in the real estate sector specializing in strategic analysis and valuation of real estate portfolios, investment anaslysis, valuation of companies  and  develop of  business plan. On the other hand, he has a large experience  developing dashboard (Power BI) and financial models  using VBA  to increase the excel power in asset valuations, feasibility studies, scenario analysis, portfolio segmentations and automated processes.

Business Plan and economic feasibility studie‚Äčs:  Sareb portfolio composed by all their stofck of retail assets and industrial warehouses (more than 14.500 assets, 3.000 M€),  BigBang Portfolio (30.000 assets).   Coral Homes (Lone Star) Feasibility study of 50 lands and scenario analisys,  Economic feasibility studies and advice to the Comunidad de Madrid (Regional Goverment of Madrid) for the public tender of “Ciudad de la Justicia in Valdebebas” 

 Companies Valuation:  Valuation of SOCIMIS for the IPO in the stock market (MAB, EURONEXT). Colon, Bay Hotel & Leisure, Kingbook, P3 Spain Logistic Park, Domo, Centurion Real Estate, Meridia, Tempore (Sareb’s SOCIMI), Vivenio, Elix Vintage, Corona Patrimonial (Blackstone)

 Support to Corporate Finance & Capital Market in portfolio sales processes. Organising the portfolios by asset class, liquity and other KPIs, and proposing the best strategy to sell in smaller lots:  Sareb Yeast  poject (100 Assets -Offices, Retail, Offices and Industrial, 300 M€ y 450.000 m2). - Blackstone Origen Project (270 Lands, 575 M€ y 3,0 M m2).- Oaktree Genesis Project ( 70 Lands)
