Antonio speaks English and Spanish
Neil has more than 17 years experience in real estate sector and more than 15 years of experience in the Spanish real estate market. Starting his career at Hillier Parker (CBRE), Neil achieved the MRICS qualification whilst working in the UK.
Neil established and has continued to develop the office of Colliers International in Spain since 2006; since 2012 he is solely responsible for the management. Neil has driven consultancy projects, investment transactions and valuation work with both national and international clients throughout Spain and at a European level.
Germán Fernández is the Managing Director in Colliers International Barcelona’s office. With more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, Germán has deep expertise in Commercial, Strategic and Financial area.
Previously, he was in charge of the Real Estate advisory company Niöra Real Estate, as the Managing Director, since 2018 when Niöra joined Colliers International.
He also occupied several top senior positions in Real Estate developing firms as Jujosa Constructora, Reyal Urbis, Altamira Real Estate (Banco Santander) o Altamira Asset Management (Grupo Apollo Santander), where he was in charge of the Catalonian and Balearic Island zone, managing a 1,599M€ portfolio.
Rafael has more than 18 years experience in real estate and 12 in the Spanish market. Starting in Colliers International he has developed his career in top market players such as CBRE and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
He is Director of the Valencia office in Spain, he oversees and develops the company’s business in the Valencian Community. Has wide experience in investment transactions, sale & leasebacks, retail, office and logistics letting and sales, consultancy and valuation for international and local clients.
Jorge Zayas joined Colliers International in December 2018 as Director of Industrial & Logistics department.
He has 25 years of experience in Land, Industrial & Logistics. In the past he worked in other Real Estate consultancy firms, such as King Sturge, being South ZoneDirector of Madrid, or at BNP Paribas Real Estate as Land Development Director. During his career he has also been part of the property development firm Avintia occupying the position of Expansion Director. In the year 2009 he started in his own the Real Estate consultancy firm called Inmonova Real Estate, specialized in in advisory and intermediation of all types of real estate assets.
Jorge is specialized in management and valuation of land through market and feasibility studies. Such as operations of turnkey, client expansion strategies and managing the development of land.
I've worked for Colliers International since it was launched in Spain in 2006. I'm responsible for market research, consultancy and local projects for corporate clients, with particular specialization in tenant representation projects.
Before I joined Colliers International I worked for Iléven M.C. & Asoc. Commercial Strategy Consulting, where I participated in commercial reorganization projects and HR consulting activities.
