With about 20 years of experiments in commercialization, Nelson developed an expertise in operations assemblage and commercial strategy. He lead the Agency team of Colliers International France today.
He started his career at Bourdais in 1999, as Account Officer, before working at CBRE in 2004 as Consulting Supermarkets offices then Senior Advisor from 2011 to the end of 2017. Nelson particularly participated in the biggest deals in North and East of Paris. He became a recognized expert on these sectors market.

I started my career in real estate as an expert (valuation) in 1996 at BOURDAIS after graduated from ESTP in 1996, for Real Estate Engineer. In 1998 I joined CBRE as a property consultant and became the Head of the Paris Office Leasing in 2001. I joined CBRE Global Investors in 2005 and spent 3 years developing business in Europe. In 2009 I joined the Seniors Advisorea team of CBRE and became the Head's team in 2012. In 2016 I became the Head of CBRE Business Line of Paris Region Office Adgency and Tenant Rep as Executive Director.
In september 2017 I joined Colliers Internationnal France to create and develop the adgency busines line.
