Passionate and business focused, I have more than 20 years of experience, among which 16 in B2B marketing, mostly in the services industry. My skills : define, create and execute the marketing plans and strategy, targeting all sizes of organizations, to increase brand awareness and support continued growth. It includes brand positioning, lead generation, content marketing, multi-channel targeted and integrated campaigns, events management, marketing automation, direct marketing, social media, PR.
I worked in international environments, managed local teams, worked in matrix structures on global and regional campaigns.

Before joining Colliers, I spent 11 years in JLL as the France head of Marketing. Prior to this, I spent 6 years in Elis in several marketing positions. I also worked for AC Nielsen, 3M and la Société Générale.

 

 

Accomplishments

Here are some of the missions I carried out wiht my team as the France head of Marketing in JLL (where I spent 11 years) :

• Brand positionning : complete rebranding management in 2014, roll out in 6 months, internal training of more than 250 persons
• Define and implement the HR segment approach strategy : dedicated research program, media targeting, conferences, partnerships – in 4 years, better brand awareness and inbound calls from press and events
• Digital : blog Grand Paris (100% key accounts target met, target of 50% foreigners visitors achieved), thoughtleadership content digital camaigns, landing pages for research papers (downloadsX4), pitchs microsites (80% success), marketing automation ongoing project (acquisition and loyalty)
• Services offer : marketing packaging following 6 acquisitions in 9 ans
• Client Marketing : account planning, activity reports, dedicated marketing plans, events – 100% contracts renewed
• Direct marketing : segment, define the mix, launch a multicanal platform – 300 000 mailings / 100 000 emailings / 500 boards/year – 50% of leasing TO coming from marketing operations
• Management : build the team from 1 to 8 people in 6 years
