Present alongside the clients to manage his project with him, Véronique accompanies them on major transformation projects by helping them on the daily management and internal decision-making process.

Before joining Colliers International France in 2015, she worked for 5 years as a development project manager (Crédit Agricole SA and RATP) and has 5 years of experience in strategic banking marketing as Group Strategic Marketing Director (Crédit Agricole SA). She also worked for 10 years in consumer marketing (Campbell Soup Company, Kraft Foods) as Director of marketing, research and media. She graduated with an ESSEC diploma in 1993 and a Master 2 in Urban and Real Estate Planning.

Accomplishments

Faurecia (automotive industry): 600 employees – 12.000 m2 world headquarters in Nanterre in 2017/2018. Delegated project management missions: setting up the project organisation, management of decision-making bodies, assistance in aligning COMEX members in support of the group HR department, interface with the promoter in charge of the befa and the tenant works, steering the roadmaps (space planning, HR, IT, Audiovisual, Purchasing, etc. ), leading ambassador workshops and implementing restaurant and furniture projects.

Estée Lauder (luxury): 400 employees – 4.300 m2 EMEA headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine in 2018. Project management missions: management of the steering committee and project committee, securing the process and the quality of the design, choice of the general contractor, keeping the planning and budget, steering the internal roadmaps (HR, IT, Audiovisual, Purchasing, SG), definition/purchase/installation of furniture, transfer and general coordination of the employees arrival.

Grant Thornton (audit and consulting): 850 employees – 12.000 m2 French headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine in 2016. Delegated project management missions: implementation (roadmap, macroplanning, piloting. . . ) and management of governance bodies (Copil, Coproj. . . ), operational project management, in collaboration with functional directors, BU directors and the management committee, internal project supervision: general services, HR, communication, IT, legal, daily interface with the Colliers team: design, work, change management, arbitration and decision support on key stages, in support of the Grant Thornton General Secretariat.
