Wellio Paris Gare de Lyon | Art&Co

THE MEANING OF HISTORY

The presence of the famous Salle Gaveau, a stone's throw from Wellio Paris Miromesnil, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, invites the architects of Colliers International France to integrate the project into a more theatrical aesthetic. Demonstrating that Parisian classicism does not prohibit functionality and modernity of use.

FIVE PAILLOTES, FIVE DESTINATIONS

ArtCo5

The "Paillotes", friendly spaces with a strong visual identity, punctuate Wellio Paris Gare de Lyon. All these destinations can be used to meet, relax or work beyond the coworking areas or dedicated offices.

The entrance hall wakes up in the morning thanks to a Plaggio Hut where you can have your first coffee, receive a guest, send an email from the high shelves and connected benches. The spirit of the 1930s is reflected in the premises designed as an annex to the reception hall.

Hanging on to the central patio worked in a tropical garden, the Paillote Botanico is a real vegetable apartment of more than 100 m 2. The equipped kitchen, the bistro bench and the kitchen alcove around which you can organise a teambuilding session or a workshop, also make it possible to organise private meetings in the heart of a hi - worm room with textured glass panels, a reference to Robert Mallet-Stevens' architecture.

The Paillote Le Perchino, even more trendy, with its shimmering bar, its vibrant and luminous cocktail area, and its central space, a real reconfigurable playground with its lightweight poufs that can accommodate up to 70 people.

STRONG, IDENTIFIABLE AND UNIQUE PLACE IDENTITIES

With a graphic identity specific to each one, inspired by the Art Deco style, the straw huts become signed strongholds. The building invites each user to stimulate his or her work day by crossing unorthodox graphic territories - said, the wallpapers have thus all been made to measure, each place is signed with a logo, the signage identifies the small attentions of use and comfort. Colliers International France's prescriptions for this Wellio Paris Gare de Lyon make it possible to create a precious and casual cocktail, well anchored in its time and decimating the working atmosphere.
