In a context of transformation of the academic world, the consolidation of Bordeaux I, II and IV in 2014 and the devolution of its assets, the University of Bordeaux becomes the owner of its assets. We have supported the University of Bordeaux in developing a new real estate strategy to strengthen its leadership and attractiveness in the region, to place real estate at the service of these strategic development challenges, to ensure the economic sustainability and operational feasibility of the chosen asset model, and to develop a new real estate management model.
