After an experience in strategy consulting and management in the Real Estate sector at BearingPoint and previous experience in real estate development, Stéphanie joined Colliers to take responsibility for the strategy and organization consulting practice.
I started my career in real estate as an expert (valuation) in 1996 at BOURDAIS. In 1998 I joined CBRE as a property consultant and became the Head of the Paris Office Leasing in 2001. I joined CBRE Global Investors in 2005 and spent 3 years developing business in Europe. In 2009 I joined the Seniors Advisorea team of CBRE and became the Head's team in 2012. In 2016 I became the Head of CBRE Business Line of Paris Region Office Adgency and Tenant Rep as Executive Director.
In september 2017 I joined Colliers Internationnal France to create and develop the adgency busines line.

Since 1998, Jean-Michel has accumulated 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in France and abroad. Currently in charge of the MAP (Management Audit Programming) department of Colliers International France, he coordinates and leads the Construction project Assistance teams. Jean-Michel previously held the positions of Director of the French Projects division, Director of Development and Group Strategy, Marketing, Communication and Business Development.
Prior to that, Jean-Michel spent 9 years in office design as Director of major Paris projects for Steelcase.
By bringing together under MAP all these real estate expertises, benefiting from a very good knowledge of the tertiary tenants needs, we project this added value in operations in order to optimize projects and thus create buildings that meet market expectations.
