Change Management

Your employees are your most important asset – engage them in your workspace transformation. The Change Management team guides you through each stage of the project ensuring that people at all levels of your company are engaged at the right times. The feedback collected enables us to anticipate bottlenecks, monitor the social climate and adapt i the strategy.

After an initial key listening phase, our consultants will work with all employees: mobilizing top management by leading workshops, informing and training intermediate managers on new workspaces and the necessary evolution of their managerial practices, supporting employees through simulation workshops and sharing best practices.

The objective is to give meaning to everyone so that they can embrace the project and take ownership of new ways of working, spaces and their uses.

They trust us !
