On complex construction, restructuring or asset redevelopment projects, within the specific framework of BEFA or VEFA, risk management over time is crucial. The MAP team’s experienced employees, with complementary skills (engineers, architects, urban planners, etc.), put all their know-how at the service of your project. Whether you are a project owner, developer, investor or company, their advice before the projects (technical audit, feasibility study, operation set-up advice) will enable you to make informed decisions.
Your dedicated contact person will then manage the execution of works as an AMO (Assistant to the Contracting Authority) or MOD (Delegated Contracting Authority), using proven methodologies and tools. He will manage all stakeholders on your behalf on the architectural, technical, legal and financial aspects. He will also manage the administrative tasks related to the project, including the reporting. With several hundred thousand square meters of cumulative experience on assets of all kinds, the MAP team aims to guarantee sustainable value creation for all project stakeholders.
Since 1998, Jean-Michel has accumulated 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in France and abroad. By bringing together under MAP all these real estate expertises, benefiting from a very good knowledge of the tertiary tenants needs, we project this added value in operations in order to optimize projects and thus create buildings that meet market expectations.
