The Strategy and Organisation team provides expert advice for the structuring and strategic development of your property. They will help you to define and implement the right real estate business model, organisation and management, by creating or enhancing the real estate function within the companys. Since the performance of your property is based on information management, they will also help you to centralize and secure data by implementing effective management tools. Finally, if necessary, they will advise you on the choice and implementation of total or partial outsourcing of the real estate function (Asset Management, Property Management & lease management, Facility Management).
