Having joined Colliers in October 2018, Cathryn adds extensive experience as a Rights of Light consultant. Her focus is providing strategic advice to developers and advising neighbouring owners in relation to adjoining developments.
She advises on both Rights of Light and Daylight & Sunlight matters to assist with the delivery of projects, minimise risk and maximise development potential of sites.
Previous experience includes leading the Rights of Light/Daylight & Sunlight process for One Creechurch Place, Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium, Canada Water Masterplan, The BBC Television Centre and London Wall Place.
“Cathryn steered our complex scheme through the Rights Of Light process from start to finish, negotiating reasonable settlements with a number of affected properties and their surveyors. Many of the project team – myself included - were unfamiliar with ROL conventions and procedures, but Cathryn repeatedly proved herself to be a patient and effective communicator. Her knowledge and diligence has proved invaluable and I have no hesitation in recommending her”.
