As Marketing Manager with the UK Marketing & Communications team, I execute target marketing campaigns for the following service lines: National Offices, National Capital Markets, Residential, Investment Property Management and Valuation & Advisory Services; in addition to supporting regional offices across the North West (Manchester and Liverpool).

In my previous role with the Colliers International Vancouver office, I collaborated with experienced sales advisors to increase our brand identity and deliver service excellence through the strategic execution of medium to large scale property marketing campaigns, new business proposals and pitches for all sectors, including office, industrial, investment and retail. During my tenure with the Industrial Agency team, I was actively involved in every aspect of the transaction process; including contract management/legal documentation, strategic planning, market analysis and marketing.

I started my real estate career with Polygon Homes, one of the most well-established and highly respected residential developers in British Columbia. In my role, I was the first point of contact for prospective purchasers in providing exceptional service and innovative real estate solutions.

Accomplishments

As a Marketing Specialist with the Vancouver Brokerage team, I successfully managed and executed strategic marketing campaigns for a multitude of commercial development projects, contributing to the firm sales of more than $1.3 billion in aggregate value and worked on a variety of leasing projects comprising more than 6.2 million square feet.

In 2014, I obtained the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) through Colliers University. This comprehensive curriculum comprises 40 hours of coursework and is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate marketing professionals designed to increase strategic and tactical marketing expertise and industry knowledge.
