I am head of Central London Lease Advisory, acting for both Landlords and Tenants in the challenging and exciting Central London offices marketplace.

Having worked at Savills as Director of lease advisory for eight years, and prior to this heading the landlord and tenant team at CBRE’s West End office, I have specialised in the Central London office market for over 25 years. 

I’m proud to advise an enviable portfolio of outstanding client teams who include Associated British Foods, Aviva Investors, BMO Real Estate (F&C REIT), Blackstone, Columbia Threadneedle, Crown Estate, Derwent London, EPIC, Great Portland Estates, Grosvenor, Land Securities, Lazard, Northwood Investors, Omnicom Group, and Triangle. 

In addition to being a qualified RICS and MCI.Arb member, I sit on the RICS President’s panel of Independent Experts.

My trademark style is to work inextricably with client teams and our Central London Investment and Agency teams on acquisitions, restructures, rent reviews and lease renewals; bringing critical insights and advice which together forge unique asset plans for both Landlords and Tenants alike.

I have made significant cost savings for my tenant clients by reducing rental payments, building flexibility into leases and seeking incentives.
